Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Weekends, federal holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Whole bean coffee is recommended when you have a quality grinder and want maximum freshness and control over your brew. Ground coffee is convenient when you do not have a grinder. Select the available option that best matches your brewing method before adding the coffee to your cart.

Our coffees are available in 360 g / 12.7 oz and 450 g / 15.9 oz bags. Available sizes may vary by product and inventory.

Choose Mamiami for a bright, silky and fruity cup with citrus, brown sugar, peach and chocolate notes. Choose Cattivo for a creamy, lively and balanced coffee with tangerine, golden raisin and toffee notes. Tasting notes describe naturally occurring flavors and aromas that may be experienced when the coffee is brewed. They do not mean that syrups, artificial flavors or the listed ingredients were added to the coffee unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Keep your coffee tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odors. Avoid storing the coffee beside an oven or in a clear container exposed to light.

All three Sexy Barista coffees can produce excellent espresso. Mamiami is bright and balanced, Cattivo is creamy and lively, and Loosey Goosey is chocolate-forward and syrupy. The best choice depends on whether you prefer brightness, balance or deeper chocolate notes.

New subscribers receive 20% off their first subscription order. Beginning with the second recurring order, active subscribers receive 10% off each scheduled delivery.

You can choose delivery every 15 days, every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months. Available schedules may vary by product.

Yes. You can change your delivery frequency through the Appstle subscription-management portal before your next scheduled billing date.

Yes. You can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery through your subscription-management portal. Complete the change before the next scheduled billing date for it to affect the upcoming order.

Available subscription changes may include switching an eligible coffee, changing the quantity, updating the delivery schedule, or modifying your shipping and payment information. Manage these options through your subscription portal before the next billing date.

Sign in to your customer account or use the secure subscription-management link provided in your Appstle emails. Select the subscription and follow the cancellation instructions. You may also contact Sales@SexyBarista.com for assistance. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent a future recurring order.

Subscription savings cannot be combined with another product or order discount unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise. The NewBarista15 welcome discount applies only to eligible one-time purchases.

Because roasted coffee is a consumable product, coffee purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged because of personal taste preferences, an incorrect grind selection, or a change of mind. We will make it right if your coffee arrives damaged, compromised, incorrect, missing, or otherwise defective.

Contact Sales@SexyBarista.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping carton. After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.

Eligible unused merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and in its original packaging when applicable. Contact us before sending a return.

Confirm the shipping address, check around the delivery location, and ask household members, neighbors, building staff or the mailroom. Allow up to 24 hours because carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before final placement. If the package remains missing, contact the carrier and Sales@SexyBarista.com.
